Stress is part of life, it is embedded in our biology, but being a victim is an acquired impotence.


Being a victim is always a matter of attitude.


Choosing to be a victim is choosing the wrong attitude.



Remind yourself in moments of stress, that no matter how tough it is, it is just a passing event. 'This too shall pass' soon. Ask your CNS to see things in proportion.

Of course it is very tough to attempt the acquisition of a different attitude. After all, it is easier to walk the same familiar path again and again, every day. Your feet are so used to the trail, you can walk along it with your eyes closed. But why would you choose to walk blindfolded?
