Stop Smoking




You certainly realize and acknowledge the extent of the abuse that smoking brings to your body, although you may choose to live in denial.


But it is not only the body. It is your mind as well. You are altering and damaging your mental faculties by introducing a foreign substance with a psychoactive effect.


Don't underestimate nicotine - it is a very destructive drug.


Obviously smoking is bad, really bad, and in your heart you know it - yet you still smoke - how can this be?
There's a very good explanation, and it is crucial that you understand and acknowledge it. We will discuss this in the Sessions to come, particularly in Session Three.


For now, please give some thought to the following:

•It is our evolutionary nature to live, and live in good health, for as long as we can.

addiction is in direct opposition to our survival code - it kills us at a younger age through the induction of disease.

•Amazingly, nicotine addiction managed to come between you and your most basic code of survival. addiction rules now, and while it holds the reins it also deceives you - it lies to you and will do anything to maintain its ruthless control.

•You should see addiction as a separate entity to yourself!

•Or, even better, see it as your enemy.

addiction is competing with you for your life energy.

In the following Sessions we will suggest for your consideration a cohesive scientific theory as to how all this has happened.

We will make it very clear why a part of you is grieving at the mere thought of giving up smoking. This part of you wants to keep smoking, no matter what.

Once you understand how this works, you will be able to shift your position and gain control. You will see the choice and you will see the opportunity, and it will be up to you to act upon it or not.

We trust that these messages make some sense to you.

In the following Sessions you may well find what you have long looked for - a simple, straightforward, honest account that explains how addiction to nicotine occurs in the first place, how it is maintained, and how it can be interrupted.

We will be guiding you step by step towards the reconditioning of your addicted faculties, and through such means we trust that you will be able to regain control.

It is all about undoing the addiction . Once you've done that, you have to remain aware and conscious of the mechanism of addiction to avoid the relapse patterns that are endemic to any compulsive behavioral disorder.
