6. The addiction inside your head is not going to like your actions. Be ready for retaliation. The addiction now realizes you are serious about the conspiracy you have launched.
7. The addiction lives inside your brain. Your brain is the battlefield. Inside your brain is where you feel and think. Addiction will affect your thoughts and feelings.
8. Be ready and do not succumb. It is your brain, your body and your life. It might be a fierce fight, but you are truly fighting for your life. You cannot afford to lose his war.
9. Cut your cigarettes with no mercy and without any hesitation. You now have a new daily allowance, so stick to it no matter what.
