If you listen and try to understand, and if you are agreeable and willing, you will conquer not only this addiction, but other things as well. But if you are indulgent and lazy, and would rather stay in your comfort zone, no matter how bad it is, there's nothing that can be done for you.

Motivation and willingness to work are essential - no real achievement can be made without such effort. To yearn for change and make the effort necessary to achieve the result may be hard, but hard times can be valuable. Some people, however, would rather die than make even the slightest effort…
